LATE COMING
Attendance marked from 9.00 a.m. to 9.15 a.m. for 3 days in a month will be counted half Day.
Attendance marked after 9.15 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. for 2 days in a month will be counted half Day.
Attendance marked after 09:30 a.m. counted as half day Employees need to come on work as decided on time but if the employee is leaving late because of work schedule then he/she is not eligible for any Overtime allowances.
Employees will get a respective time benefit in case an employee has stayed for late hours after office hours with respective managers/ reporting authorities’ permission.
More than 3 instances in a month of attendance marked after 09:30 a.m. will be treated with a memo & WWP. Employees are expected to adhere to office timings. A grace time is permitted after which it will be treated as “Late – Coming”. This is limited to 3 late – marks every month. For every late – coming thereafter, employee's attendance will be considered as 'Work without Pay (WWP)’.
NIGHT PROVISION
If any night happens on site i.e., if any employee leaves the site after 10:00 P.M to 2:00 A.M he will get the privilege to come till 10:00 A.M to 2:00 P.M next day respectively. (Can come after 12 hours from site leave time on previous day)

TRANSFER: Employee’s services are liable to be transferred by the company at its discretion to any of its department or office or project with-in surat. There shall not be any detriment to his or her status of emoluments. He shall abide by such transfer.
DISCIPLINE: Employee who is involved in any kind of misconduct/misbehaviour shall not be tolerated. Such employees shall be terminated immediately without notice or payment in lieu of notice. Any kind of loss to the company due to an employee's Misconduct/misbehaviour shall be recovered from him or her. Employees, who are aware of others misconduct/misbehaviour and not informing about it to Management, will be equally punished.
Employee will not engage in any Endeavour or activity which either conflicts or not with the interest of the company during his or her employment. During the tenure of his or her employment with the company, the employee will maintain total confidentiality to which he or she may have access directly or indirectly. Employees should not divulge any information or documents of confidential nature to any person either while in service or thereafter he or she should not divulge or disclose any information, transactions or affairs concerning the company.
NOTICE PERIOD:
Employee, who wishes to quit the job has to inform 1 month in advance otherwise his/her salary and/or other payable amount for that month/time period will be withheld.
FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT:
The F & F process will take place after 60 days of leaving the organization. While processing this final amount, the HR department will make sure that there is no data or information in any form pending at the employee's end to be shared with his/her department.
In such a case , an employee has to make sure that he/she hands over all the official documents, electronic devices or data to his/her immediate authorities. Employee has to make sure that he answers the calls of his superiors or any member from the Human Resources department whenever need arises. Failure in doing so will lead to non-process of final payment cheque.
Once clearance form is submitted to the HR department only then the final settlement process will be initiated
LEAVES:
It is important for one to have a certain amount of flexibility as an employee and HOG PROJECTS acknowledges this fact, on the other side the company is very much concerned about an employee's absence without prior permission.
To meet your personal, domestic and social necessities the Leave policy is designed for the financial year - the period from 1st January to 31st December of a year.
TYPES OF HOLIDAYS AND LEAVE:
COMPANY DECLARED HOLIDAYS
Company declared holidays are the days on which the company provides employees time away from work in order to celebrate certain days of national significance and remembrances based upon customs, history and local traditions common to the organization. These holidays are declared at the beginning of each calendar year. Total Company declared Holidays available is 10 days.

CASUAL LEAVE
Casual leave is the leave given to the employees to meet their casual exigencies, refreshment and personal emergencies. Total 6 days of CL.s are available in a year, which are credited at the beginning of the year. CLs are credited on a pro-rata basis depending on the date of joining. Employees must take prior permission (before 48 hrs) from senior to avail benefit of paid casual leave and permission will be granted considering business needs and Teaming requirement.
SICK LEAVE
Sick leave is provided to all employees for periods of temporary absence due to illnesses or injuries. Total SL is 5 days in a year, which shall be credited at the beginning of the year. SL shall be credited on a pro-rata basis depending on the month of joining. Employees who are unable to report to work due to illness or injury should notify their senior before the scheduled start of their workday if possible.

To get sick leave, it is necessary to provide a doctor certificate.
BEREAVEMENT LEAVE
Employees, who wish to take time off due to the death of an immediate family member, should notify their supervisor immediately. Up to 3 days of paid bereavement leave will be provided to employees. Bereavement leave will normally be granted unless there are unusual business needs or Teaming requirements. Employees may or with his/her supervisor’s approval, use any available paid casual leave for additional time off as necessary.
Company defines "immediate family" as the employee's spouse, parent, child, sibling; the employee's spouse's parent, child, or sibling; the employee's child's spouse; grandparents or grandchildren.
PENALTY CLAUSE:
Absence from duty without prior permission of concern in charge will lead to penalty of additional day (total 2 days of one day absence). The amount will be deducted from employee’s remuneration.
RECALL FROM LEAVE:
The company in case of exigency of work may recall on duty to any employee, who is on granted leave. He will be deemed to be on duty in case of cancellation of leave and may report to the place of posting at the earliest. Refusal to report for duty will be treated as absence from duty and shall also invite disciplinary action. During leave, an employee is required to answer all calls from his/her supervisor or colleague.
PROBATION PERIOD:
Unless specified in the appointment letter, the employee shall be on probation for 3 months from the date of joining, but if the management is not satisfied with your performance and conduct, your service shall be liable to terminate without notice at any time during the probationary period. This period of probation will be liable to any extension for any period not exceeding 4 months as the management may deemed fit, provided however, the probationary period will continue till you are confirmed in writing.
RETENTION ALLOWANCES
Company will retain 20% of your Salary for the three months, it will be reimbursement after Full and Final Settlement.
ADDITIONAL BONUS
Each Site Team (Engineer, supervisor, store keeper) will get an additional bonus after completion of work at a particular site. Depends upon individual performance each site team( Engineers, Supervisor, Store Keeper) will get addition bonus.
IN CASE OF NO WORK
It is understood and expected that when there is no work at the workplace/ premises, one should always think to upgrade their knowledge/ skills or finish with their work backlog. But in any case playing games on mobile or any entraining activity won’t be allowed in office hours. If at all an employee feels work is done and there is no pending work then one can take permission from their reporting authority and inform the HR-Department/Higher Authority and can go home.
IN OFFICE HOURS
All Employees must be clear about one thing that, in office hours no one is allowed to visit any Tea Stall/ Pan-Masala Stall even if it's a nearby working site or away from the site. One must be present in office premises only and focus has to be on working. If at all management found that anyone is not obeying given instruction and continued with such practices then management will terminate such employees on spot.
MEDICAL INSuratNCE
Keeping in mind how important is one’s health we make sure that all our Employees have their medical inSuratnce in place.
It is mandatory to have your medical inSuratnce while applying at HOG PROJECTS. If you don’t have medical inSuratnce then the company would provide you with one and deductions shall be made from your monthly salaries.
Note: In future any addition in this guideline will be applicable to all the members of HOG PROJECTS.
