Mr. Darpan Gadhiya serves as the managing director of HOG Projects. With almost a decade of experience, he has played a crucial role in the company's success by devising and executing efficient business strategies, expanding the project portfolio, and venturing into new markets like FOBs and metro sectors. Additionally, he ensures that the organization maintains its technological proficiency, delivers projects on time, maintains the highest quality standards, and optimizes project management and processes. Mr. Gadhiya is also responsible for overseeing the company's short-term and long-term plans.

In 2019, Jay Gadhiya took on the role of Executive Director at HOG PROJECTS. Armed with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Gujarat Technology University, he has a solid educational background that provides a strong foundation for his position. His youthful energy and determination have been instrumental in advancing the group's growth. By utilizing his vast technical knowledge and experience, he has guided the company towards new innovative ventures, resulting in significant achievements. As the Executive Director, he has led the group to receive recognition and praise for their complex projects.
